Charles Maxwell has been Racing for over 25 years.  A love for this sport and the opportunity to be able to offer great help at affordable prices is what drove him to start this team with his wife Brandi by his side.  Hand in hand they devote their lives to driver development.  One team, One dream is the slogan for A-maxx Racing. These two hope to change the karting world one day at a time, with offering the best services in the industry.

Adam Maxwell, our Lead Driver, has been racing since the age of 9, honing his skills and passion for the sport from a young age. As the son of the team owner, Adam’s deep connection to the team is both personal and professional. His extensive experience on the track and his strategic approach to racing make him a formidable competitor and a key leader for our team. Adam’s dedication to excellence and his drive to push the limits of performance are evident in every race he participates in. When he’s not on the track, Adam enjoys mentoring up-and-coming drivers and sharing his insights with the racing community.

Brayden Johnson brings a fresh perspective and energetic drive to our team as both a Driver Coach and a Team Driver. Recently graduated from high school, Brayden’s transition from student and racer to racer and coach is marked by his dedication and enthusiasm for the sport. His role as a Driver Coach allows him to share his insights and techniques with fellow drivers, while his own experience on the track ensures he stays connected to the competitive edge. Brayden’s ability to balance coaching responsibilities with active racing makes him a key asset to the team, helping to shape the next generation of karting talent.

Aaron Maxwell, one of our Tuning Assistants, brings both a technical mindset and a personal passion for karting to our team. As a hobby kart driver and the oldest son of the team owners, Aaron combines his hands-on experience with a deep understanding of our team’s dynamics. His role as a Tuning Assistant allows him to apply his knowledge on the track, ensuring that every kart performs at its best. Aaron's dual perspective as both a driver and a tuning specialist enhances his ability to fine-tune setups and contribute to the team’s success. Outside of karting, Aaron enjoys exploring new tuning techniques and staying ahead of industry trends.

Allow us to introduce Conlan Wells, a remarkable mechanic who has been an essential part of our team since 2020. With a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, Conlan established himself as a reliable tuning assistant. His extensive knowledge and skills enable him to provide outstanding service, ensuring that every vehicle he works on is finely tuned and in optimal condition. Randy Michael is a versatile and dedicated Team Driver with over 15 years of experience as a semi driver. His extensive background in transportation and logistics seamlessly complements his role in karting, where he contributes far beyond the driver’s seat. Randy is deeply involved in tuning the karts, handling setup, and managing teardown, ensuring that every aspect of the team’s operations runs smoothly. His broad skill set and hands-on approach make him a vital part of the team, bridging the gap between driving and technical support. Outside of racing, Randy enjoys applying his expertise to refine kart setups and help his teammates achieve their best performance.
