Adam Maxwell fought back after a tough break

He was not done there. Andrew also competed in 206 and found himself in a hard-fought race. The competition pushed him, but he stayed sharp and brought home a 3rd-place finish.

Parker Dunn and Andrew worked together in 206 Junior

Parker Dunn also ran 206 Junior, where he teamed up well on track with Andrew Avalos. Racing often looks individual from the outside, but smart drivers know when cooperation can help both karts move forward.

Parker and Andrew worked together through the race and turned that effort into strong results. Andrew finished 3rd, while Parker brought home 4th.

Parker’s 4th-place finish was a strong result and another solid showing for AMAXX in the junior ranks.

Jackson McNeely showed speed in Cadet

Jackson McNeely was the team’s only Cadet driver for the weekend, and he came out strong. He qualified 2nd, immediately putting himself in position to race at the front.

He followed that up with a 2nd-place finish in the heat, keeping himself right where he needed to be heading into the final. His pace was clear, and he entered the main event with a real chance to fight for a top result.

In the final, Jackson was running a good race when he and another driver hooked up. The contact caught him out and dropped him to a 4th-place finish.

It was a tough ending after such a strong start, but the weekend still showed plenty of positives. Jackson had the speed to run up front, qualified well, raced well in the heat, and was in the mix when the final took a difficult turn.
